The frog skin pattern is iconic and once I saw this shirt I had to have it. I was initially under the impression that it was made in the USA but upon reading the fine print it’s from overseas. So a little disappointed when it showed up as “made in china”. It fits pretty true to size and I haven’t had a chance to wash it yet to see how it holds up to fading, etc. Overall, I don’t hate it.

A large that is 2x the average size. Cheap material, shiny in person. Even the tag looks phoned in. Made in China from a low bidder.

Unlink other hawaiian shirts on the market, they don’t feel like wearing a hot trash bag. We’re also currently working with our manufacture to expand their production to being made in the USA and will actually be releasing some USA only 4th of July Hawaiian shirts in the coming weeks. We try to stay competitive with the our competition who also get their button ups from China. We also include a sizing guide in all our products so you can determine which size is the correct size. We always recommend going a size down if you want a athletic fit.

Hawaiian shirts are supposed to be boxy and relax fitting and we recommended going a size down for a athletic fit. The material can look a little shiny before washing. Our tags are made the same way the shirts are and we apologize that it did not meet your expectation. As for the made in china remark; Yes, they are made in china. And no, not by the lowest bidder. All our competitors use chinese manufacturing and we spent hundreds of dollars in shopping around for a solid manufacture that offered quality and affordability. We also offer USA made Hawaiian 4th of July shirts and we actually feel the quality isn’t as upstanding as the Chinese factory(both made by the same manufactures, just their USA and China factory). We hope the shirt is treating you well and that your opinion is changed after awhile of owning the shirt.
